These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of Bravencia (the “Platform”). By engaging with the game, website, smart contracts, or any features associated with Bravencia, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Platform.
2. Eligibility
By accessing Bravencia, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or of legal age in your country or jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in blockchain-based activities complies with local laws, including those related to cryptocurrency, NFTs, and digital assets.
3. User Accounts
Certain features may require you to create a user account or connect a compatible digital wallet.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wallet credentials, private keys, and any related authentication information.
Bravencia bears no responsibility for any losses, hacks, or unauthorized access arising from user negligence.
4. Token Usage and Transactions
BVC (Bravencia Crystal) is the official utility token within the Bravencia ecosystem and is not classified as a financial instrument or security.
All transactions involving BVC—including purchasing, rewards, upgrades, or marketplace interactions—are permanent, irreversible, and non-refundable.
Users accept the inherent volatility of crypto-assets and take full responsibility for any decisions regarding token use or trading.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not: a) Engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity on the Platform b) Attempt to exploit game mechanics, bugs, or vulnerabilities c) Manipulate the token economy or engage in prohibited third-party trading practices Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent account termination, without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All game assets, lore, artwork, mechanics, and branding are the intellectual property of Bravencia and its creators. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment.
7. Limitation of Liability
a) Bravencia does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the game and may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. b) Under no circumstances shall Bravencia or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of tokens, digital assets, or account progress.
8. Amendments
Bravencia reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
